Two days of trains
This weekend spent both days for several hours watching or chasing trains to unwind and hang out at the Railfan House with the Iowa folks that visit. It had been hit and miss on action but there atleast was some. The highlight of Sunday, August 16th, 2020 was a BNSF NTWGAL which came down the Barstow Subdivision and sat a while before pulling into the Galesburg yard. Unfortuantly the Iowa folks had to leave and I was the only one who caught it moving. BNSF NTWGAL - Galesburg, Illinois. BNSF 269-NS 9220-BNSF 7529-KCS 4767-CP 7027-CP 7026- BNSF 5371. Pictures and video: The Amtrak videos and a video of a guy walking off the tracks in time as a train approached: People need to not walk on these tracks as these are very busy at times and several have been killed. This goes for all active Railroad tracks.
