Howdy from Havana ,Illinois.

I learned how to make slide shows on youtube after fooling around with it a bit.  I never  messed around with it before. Now to learn how to edit videos and such. I'm not sure i need a program for that or youtube has one. Here are some slide shows most are of railroads and railroad related stuff and some are Canada Geese. What can I say I made friends with them especially Frankengoose? He or she knows her name.  Animals are better to be around than people sometimes. They're less belligerent and rude. Ha. Okay I'll shut up with the weird sarcasm and just get to business.  Here are the slideshows.

Today was wondering if KJRY was going to run west today and sure enough they were. I head it off just west of Canton and film plus photograph it but didn't have the gas to go elsewhere.  After that went and fed Frankengoose and the Canada Geese.  The train made my morning though I kind of suspected it would the past few weeks they have run on Mondays.

Today went railfanning and went to Galesburg and a friend called and went with.  Anyways lingered in Cameron area a bit where I caught a few then caught some Amtrak and BNSF in Galesburg lingering in Peck Park for hours. My friend likes sitting put railfanning where my tactic is jumping from line to line looking or listening to something.  All and all it worked out and ended up with some. The funny moment is when I  was babbling on about not seeing an Autorack in ages  and it's rare for me to see them and guess what the next train turns out to be....yup an Autorack.  I thought it was funny how just saying that moments later one comes along. Another comment i made was something to do with Amtrak then one comes along. It's a huge coincidence but funny.  I wasn't paying attention to scanner chatter so had no idea what was coming. Pretty much mainly BNSF but i did film four Amtrak trains. I'll post  some pics and a few videos that's already uploaded but ...
